Three contributions presented at IEEE VNC 2026 in Montreal, Canada
Together with our colleague Ion Turcanu from the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology, Christoph Sommer and Jannusch Bigge travelled to Montreal, Canada to present a total of three contributions at the 17th IEEE Vehicular Networking Conference (VNC 2026).

Christoph took part in the “What will be the impact of AI/ML on connected vehicles?” panel discussion at VNC 2026, sharing insights on the role of AI in vehicular networking and communication systems.

Ion presented the results of the paper Multi-Link Connectivity for Vehicle-to-Satellite Communications Under Obstacle Blockage.

Jannusch gave a talk about the paper D-V2X: Exploring DECT NR+ for 5G NR Vehicular Ad-Hoc Networks Beyond C-V2X.

Jannusch also presented a poster on Empirical Packet Error Curves for DECT NR+, showcasing measurement-based evaluation of DECT NR+ physical layer performance.
