D-V2X
We refer to a technology stack leveraging DECT NR+ for vehicular communication as D-V2X. We provide a simulation library (Veins-dectNR) that enables DECT NR+ communication in an automotive context that builds upon the well established simulation framework Veins. It provides Single-Input Single-Output physical-layer functionality and standard-compliant parts of the MAC-Layer with a focus on vehicular communication. Our current research focuses on utilizing DECT NR+ to enhance robust and efficient wireless connectivity in combination with C-V2X and p-WLAN to enable deterministic communication, a key requirement for the development of advanced driver assistance systems.
